TWENTY-EIGHT. This number pretty much sums up our recent experiences with the Mamo Team for our recent home purchase and home sale. We thought ourselves fortunate to have met Cindy Buday who helped us find and purchase our new home in Timber Pines. She was a gem, a true professional and wonderful people person. Cindy likes seeing people happy and will do whatever she can to make things less stressful and put a smile on your face. She is a super skilled real estate professional. When it came time to move and make the scary leap to put our very loved country home on the market, Cindy introduced us to John Mamo. There is something about John and his manner that just lifts the pressure and stress and makes you realize that you are in the safe hands of someone who really knows his business and his clientele. Having dealt with many real estate companies in the past, though, I kind of gave John a hard time about his calculations and outlook. Since I am at a way-past retirement age, I wanted a quick sale. He listened and was very patient and agreeable to my wishes. When it came time to put our listing up on MLS, he very calmly and without pressure or pushiness, convinced me to give his proposal a short term trial. As I said, I felt a strong trust with him, so I agreed. Well, TWENTY EIGHT. That’s how many HOURS, not days, it took for John to bring us a buyer and close the deal at the FULL price he suggested. Working with the entire Mamo Team during the time up to closing was AMAZING. Lesley, Terri, Joy, et al knew that we weren’t quite settled in our new home and understood the stress of two real estate transactions in a short period of time and did everything in their power to make it smooth and tolerable. I am not one to give glowing recommendations, but this is one I am honored and happy to do. Thank you, Mamo. We love you guys.
